Join us for a fun, whole-family, holiday yoga break (ages 4+) sponsored by The Hourglass District. Your yoga class is FREE thanks to the neighborhood that brought you vibrant, appreciated, and this ultra-local family of businesses.

Enjoy a laid back, 60-minute yoga class for you and your family, lead by Lizzie Fredrick. No yoga experience is required. This class is a great way to introduce your child to the world of yoga with the comfort of having a parent or sibling at their side. We will explore interactive poses through a holiday lens, movement, breathing and relaxation with a wintery twist.

All materials provided. Please bring mats and water bottles, if you have them.

Ages 4 and up.

Children must be able to maintain relative focus and quiet but this is a casual yoga setting.

Children must be accompanied by legal guardian.

Dress comfortably. Attendees are welcome to take a break if needed. All abilities welcome.
