Ladies, Gentlemen, Kids & Families! Step right up as we present -Yoga Under the Big Top.
Join us for a fun Family Circus Yoga Class on 9/15, 11am-Noon. Your yoga class is FREE and sponsored by National Real Estate, your Orlando community Real Estate Experts and Hourglass District neighbors.
Enjoy a laid back, 60-minute yoga class for you and your family, lead by the Young Yogi Program. No yoga experience is required. This class is a great way to introduce your child to the world of yoga with the comfort of having a parent or sibling at their side. We will explore interactive poses, movement, breathing and relaxation with a circus-theme twist. Have a favorite animal? Come in your animal outfit? Want to be the ringleader? We have room for you, too!
After class, enjoy circus snacks, carnival fare, face-painting & more!
Ages 5 and up.
Children must be able to maintain relative focus and quiet but this is a casual yoga setting.
Children must be accompanied by legal guardian.
Dress comfortably. Loaner mats available
