Your yoga class is FREE and sponsored by National Real Estate\, your Orlando community Real Estate Experts and Hourglass District neighbors. \nEnjoy a laid back\, 60-minute yoga class for you and your family\, lead by the Young Yogi Program. No yoga experience is required. This class is a great way to introduce your child to the world of yoga with the comfort of having a parent or sibling at their side. We will explore interactive poses\, movement\, breathing and relaxation with a circus-theme twist. Have a favorite animal? Come in your animal outfit? Want to be the ringleader? We have room for you\, too! \nAfter class\, enjoy circus snacks\, carnival fare\, face-painting & more! \nAges 5 and up. \nChildren must be able to maintain relative focus and quiet but this is a casual yoga setting. \nChildren must be accompanied by legal guardian. \nDress comfortably.
