Beginners Inversions Workshop- Flight of the Peacocks!

Inversions is a fancy yoga word for any time your heart is over your head. We’d kindly like to announce to the world that you do not have to be able to do headstands, crow pose, or one-legged staff pose, to be able to do inversions. Learn to balance and work towards some basic inversions in this one hour, all-levels workshop with Lizzie Fredrick.
We will begin with a gentle-vinyasa flow practice to warm up the body in a systematic way, preparing the muscles for a variety of inversion poses. Many basic poses and variations will be explored to strengthen the body, find proper alignment and build confidence for your inversion workshop.
This will be a strong, yet lighthearted workshop to help you feel the power of flipping upside down and choosing to see the world from a new perspective – one filled with strength, lightness and fun!
We repeat, you don’t have to be able to do anything you have seen on yoga instagrams to attend this workshop.
