Family Yoga and Essential Oils with Kiddos
Are you ready to take control of your family’s health and wellness? Looking for a yoga class you can bring the kids to?
Join us October 13th beginning at 3:30pm for a family yoga class to introduce which essential oils are safe to use with kiddos, babies, moms, and moms-to-be. We’ll share which oils can be used to address various issues such as sleep, stress, mood, immune-boosting, upset tummy, teething, and caring for cuts and scratches.
We will be introducing and integrating 100% pure therapeutic grade DoTERRA essential oils into the fun filled yoga practice that is for the whole family.
Come flow with your family as you learn about the healing properties of nature’s medicine! This is a family style yoga class guided by Lizzie Fredrick and Ryan Bean.
Cost: $25 (includes essential oil freebies, recipes, and fun essential oil games for the little ones) *Ages 4 and up, please.
