DESCRIPTION:his trauma informed class widens the lens of how we hold space for anyone and everyone who bravely shows up for yoga. This workshop dives deeply into understanding the impact trauma has on the systems of the body. Learn the somatic practices that support healing as the mind and body work to regulate after overwhelming events. We will discover and practice how to share the tools of self-investigation and boundaries as we work to decrease harm in yoga spaces. \n11/3/19\n12-5pm\nThe Peaceful Peacock\nCost is $35 per person \nPlease bring a mat\, water\, paper\, pen and a snack.
