SUMMARY:Earth Day Yoga & Mandala\, Out In Nature!
DESCRIPTION:\n\nThis 90 Minute class is a combination of Hatha yoga and Vinyasa Flow that will occur in our usual Monday 4pm Flow Class slot but BE OUTSIDE! (Weather permitting) Your instructor is Ryan Bean. \nIncorporating Earth Day into the class\, we will include a nod to nature and the elements of Earth. This class is great if you are new to yoga or want to enhance your existing practice. This class will introduce you flow yoga and teach you all about good posture techniques\, incorporating breathing exercises\, stress relief\, relaxation\, and an introduction to meditation. We will end with creation of a Earth mandala in the park. Bring elements of nature that you would like to incorporate in the mandala (flowers\, leaves\, rocks\, crystals\,branches\, from home etc.) or you may be able collect them before class in this beautiful park in nature. \nParking is limited at the park. We recommend that you park down the street on Carlton Drive in the areas indicating that is legal to park in. There is also street parking on Cloverlawn Drive and other nearby streets. Please respect our neighbors and do not block driveways. Peacocks are always punctual and polite. \nClass is included in your membership or drop-in rate! Space limited.
